How do I enrol and pay?
The enrolment process is straightforward. Please click on the following link to our Virtual College website for a full list of courses. Each has an online enrolment form. http://www.virtualcollege.ac.uk

Paying by cheque
If you are paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to Coleg Sir Gar and write your cheque guarantee details (the 16 or 18 digit number on the centre of your card) on the reverse.
Please send the signed enrolment form and payment to:

If your employer is paying your fees
You will need to download and complete the form (Declaration by Employer of Intention to pay Tuition Fees) for each learner enrolling on a course i.e. ONE form per person.
Please return with your enrolment form to Vicky Jones at the above address.
Email the enrolment form as an attachment to email@example.com. This is forwarded to the payment section to confirm your details before processing any transactions.
You will receive a response by email with details on how you can pay by credit card (not American Express) over the telephone. This is done for security purposes.
You can pay by any of the following Credit/debit Cards. Please note there is a 2.5% surchage on all transactions over £100 GBP.
We do not accept American Express cards.
